Wanlvhu Hakka style museum was built and opened in October 2006. The Hakka style Museum - the "wanlvhu Hakka style Museum" inscribed by China's famous cartoonist Hua Junwu, is designed and constructed in the unique arcade architectural style of Hakka. The museum introduces Hakka customs and daily life objects. The exhibition hall is divided into two floors with a construction area of nearly 2000 square meters, The architectural style is completely designed according to the traditional Hakka architecture. Rescue a number of lost folk treasures, awaken people's awareness of the protection of Hakka cultural heritage, improve the quality of Heyuan culture, and constantly promote the development of Heyuan culture and tourism. The main contents of the Hakka customs museum are: Taking the Hakka festive culture as the soul, through historical pictures and precious objects in different periods, and using a variety of display methods, vividly interpret the Hakka "eight joys", and fully display the historical origin, culture and art, local customs, etiquette and customs, folk crafts, production and living customs of the five great migrations of Hakka people in Heyuan. The museum has a collection of more than 30000 pieces, including more than 5000 pieces on display, all of which are rare folk collections. At present, the museum is the first museum in Guangdong Province to display Hakka culture systematically and completely.
